international ore processing equipment and equip 6 new energy dump trucks. The production line has a production capacity of 80–120
tons per hour, and the crushing process can be flexibly according to the different hardness of the ore. The factory has built an
independent concentrate laboratory, gathered professional elite talents in the field of ore processing, and formed a complete inspection
and research development system, which provides strong support for product quality and process optimization.
In terms of the process flow, Shou Mineral (Jiangsu) adopts an advanced multistage processing model, which mainly includes three
stages: firstly, crushing and preliminary ball milling processing to crush the ore to an appropriate particle size; secondly, heavy selection
process effectively improve the concentrate grade; and finally, through mixed ore processing, to improve the added value and market
competitiveness of the product. The whole process not only focuses on efficiency but also into account environmental protection and
sustainable development.
